However, we do ask that all participants respect the rights of others to communicate in whatever manner they wish, positive or negative, and TRY to behave respectfully toward one another when conflicts in views or opinions arise.
Our goal is to create an environment where examiners can speak openly and honestly without the restrictions of forced diplomacy or the constraints of having to observe over-bearing rules of political correctness.
Answering the security question with the word "paramedical" will no longer work.
This Q&A approach to security has been a very good means of protecting the PEA from spammers and hackers thus far, so we're going to continue to use it. It's obviously not perfect, since we've been hacked a couple of times, but it's easier for our users than the CAPCHA images approach that are sometimes difficult to read, change constantly and have to be entered every time one posts.
In the future, please keep in mind that if you try to submit a post or reply and see this message:
"You have provided an invalid answer to the question"
you may need to re-read the challenge question and make sure it hasn't been changed.
